Hey, it's finally happened. I just submitted by 60th deviation!!

I've got to say I've become pretty busy in the last months, I never imagined I would say that one day. It's a weird observation but I've always spent much time on random stuff and this has been getting harder and harder during the past time. Maybe that's something to worry about but not yet.

Something I (and many others too) do worry about is a very strange software product that hit stores a few days ago. Nobody knows exactly in which way it's better than it's prior version yet it costs more money (much more money depending on which version you want). Most people will have to upgrade their computers when they want to use it, yet predictions say people will rather do that than switch to a better software. I really don't know what Microsoft wants to do with Vista, as it becomes more and more obvious that servers are better run on unix OSes some of which even are great on the desktop and if you are (as most people) strictly no geek and just want your stuff to work it's the best to get a mac anyway. At least I've been told so.

I am a geek (pretty obviously) so I've been migrating to Kubuntu Linux during the last months and I'm very enthusiastic about what is happening on the linux desktop. Read about my journey here yodahome.de/blog/2007/01/windo….

I think there is a tough chance that I'll never get in touch with vista (though I tested the beta) on one of my private computers.
When it comes to gaming, I just ordered a Nintendo Wii yesterday. It'll probably take some weeks...
